Living User Personas
BBVA Global Personas were used to fuel the creation of new and existing BBVA products globally in the User Experience process.

Bringing Your Typical User Personas to Life
We took the user personas and gave them personality, a face, and a story. We hired professional actors to play each persona, placed them in their daily environment, and rolled the cameras as they told their stories.
Personas in Use
The new personas were utilized in workshops held around the world. In addition to the videos, we were able to provide assets to create traditional printed versions as well.
Delivering
The final cinematic look was achieved in Adobe Premiere as our talented team worked in collaboration to deliver the final project.
